ITMilan Seva Foundation in association with Isha yoga is conducting a free Upa yoga session. Upa Yoga is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system. The session will be based on a video and facilitated by trained session guides and volunteers from Isha Foundation. Duration of the session is 90 minutes. However, it takes only about 15 to 20 minutes to practice Upa Yoga every day.
