"SWARNA NOOL" an initiative of ITMilan Seva Foundation to fast track women entrepreneurs from the weaker sections towards their long cherished dreams. It is our commitment to provide strategic direction,  lend a helping hand, let them lean on a shoulder for some time and run the race along with them till they taste success. It is this foundation that we build, we hope would cascade and empower these women to empower other women too. 
 
This initiative of ours will enable women across Kerala to start small scale tailoring units, sustain them till they are capable of self sustanance and empower them by contributing back to the society by empowering other women  entrepreneurs

We have chosen a flood affected tailoring unit in Parakkadavu, near Angamali to Kick start the project. The unit was founded by Smt. Chandralekha. ITMilan is extending hands to support them, through SWARNA NOOL. We are providing sewing machines, accessories and continuous support to revive the tailoring unit named New Bharath Tailoring Centre.
The inauguration of the new centre and the Swarnanool project is scheduled on Sunday, 13th January 2018 at Parakkadavu.
Smt. Sreerekha Raveendranathan , COO and co-founder of Chillar Payment Solutions, Infopark, Kochi will be inaugurating the new initiative.
